¶ Sites/Project Locations
Prior to creating a new project you will need to identify the site or location of the project. On the sites/project location page you can add in all of the different sites or locations that your projects may be at. You only need to enter them once. To create one click the green “New Site” button.
When you click the new site button an “Add Site Form” will appear.
- On this page you can input a DSA File #, HCAI (OSHPD) Facility ID or any other identifying site code.
- Site Name
- Address of the Site
- City
- State
- Postal Code
- Country
- Time Zone
- Logo or any other identifying picture that you may like
